Circuit Court Judge Julie A. Introcaso, age 56, of Bedford, New Hampshire was arrested in February on several felony and misdemeanor charges surrounding allegations of falsifying physical evidence, tampering with public records or information, and unsworn falsification while acting with a purpose to deceive a public servant in the performance of his or her official function, according to a release by New Hampshire Department of Justice Deputy Attorney General.
The day before a multi-day hearing was to begin on violations of judicial ethics, Introcaso reached an agreement with the Judicial Conduct Committee. In the settlement agreement posted on the JCC website, Introcaso stated she desired to resolve the charges without a hearing and therefore signed the agreement. The agreement does not resolve criminal charges.
